Its a USB dongle. You simply plug it into a spare USB socket and the software should install automatically. Mine just arrived this morning so thats only a 4 day turnaround. I did read somewhere that you need to top it up every 90 days to keep it active though. I have yet to read the terms thoroughly yet though so cannot confirm this.
